SOL Rope™ is specifically designed and engineered for outdoor use and is a material that has migrated from the boating industry to outdoor furniture. It is weather resistant, UV resistant, marine grade and environmentally friendly.

All thin format SOL Rope™ finishes – Taupe, Charcoal, Mercury, Pewter, Stone and Smoke are constructed from durable, braided polypropylene with a fibre core. All thick format SOL Rope™ finishes – Shadow and Zinc – are constructed from durable, braided polypropylene with a non-absorbent polypropylene foam core.

Supple and soft to the touch, our weather-friendly rope is made from polypropylene yarns that are braided around a plastic core for structure and strength. Rope fibers are non-absorbent and highly resistant to oil, mold, mildew, and stains.

Ratana

Ratana Durarope™ and Durastrap™ is made of Polypropylene (PP) and Polyolefin (POE). It is Weather resistant (Grey Scale of 4 – 5 after 3000 hours of UV testing). In-house tensile testing let to results of a maximum tensile strength of 280lbs (7 times stronger than 13mm flat resin).
